How you opt in
Text alerts are off by default. You opt in inside the Pickle Player Connect app under Settings → Notifications by turning on one or more "Text" switches and entering your mobile number. Turning on a switch is your consent to receive that category of message at that number.
What we send
- Court assignments for tournaments you are playing.
- Court assignments for players you follow (when you turn that on).
- Match results for you and for players you follow.
- New-follower notices (when you turn that on).
These are transactional alerts about events you chose to track. We do not send marketing texts.
Frequency
Message frequency varies with tournament activity. On a tournament day you may receive several messages; on other days, none.
Cost
Message and data rates may apply. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
Stopping and help
Reply STOP to any message to cancel all text alerts, or turn the switches off in Settings. Reply HELP for help, or email .
Privacy
Your phone number is used only to deliver the alerts you enabled. No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. See our Privacy Policy.
