What we collect
- Account: email address, username, display name, optional avatar and home location.
- DUPR link (optional): your DUPR ID and the public profile fields DUPR returns (name, ratings, location, photo).
- Activity in the app: players you follow, tournaments you mark, reviews you write, and notification preferences.
- Phone number (optional): only if you enable text alerts. See the SMS terms.
- Technical: standard server and CDN logs (IP address, request path, timestamps) kept for a short period for reliability and abuse prevention.
How we use it
To run the service: sign you in, show tournaments near you, deliver the notifications you turned on, and display reviews and follows to other signed-in users as described in the app. We do not sell personal information and we do not use it for third-party advertising.
Where it lives
Accounts and app data are stored with Supabase (hosted PostgreSQL, United States region). The API server runs on Fly.io and this website is served by Amazon CloudFront, both in the United States. Text messages are delivered through Twilio. Tournament listings come from public pages on pickleballtournaments.com and pickleball.com. Player rating data comes from DUPR.
Sharing
Other signed-in users can see your username, display name, avatar, linked DUPR profile, follow lists, and non-anonymous reviews. Your phone number and email are never shown to other users. Mobile numbers and SMS opt-in consent are not shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing purposes.
Your choices
You can edit or delete your DUPR link, phone number, and notification settings in the app at any time. To delete your account and its data, email us from your account address.
Children
The service is not directed to children under 13 and we do not knowingly collect their data.
